Hamlinn Resort

It’s unusual to find a place like this for an overnight stop right on a highway. The resort sits on the Guna Bypass on NH 46, with a well-kept rustic look, lovely landscaping, a pool, and a good lobby. The staff were consistently polite and helpful, and the restaurant was hygienic with good-tasting food. The rooms are spacious and have all the facilities, though I’d call them average because they get regular use for parties. We had no issues with our night’s stay.

The salad had a rotten tomato in it, but they replaced it right away. Most tables still hadn’t been cleared, so we had to make do with the seating. Service was slow, the food was average, and the dining area’s ambience was average too.

The rooms were clean and the location was good, but breakfast had only a limited choice. I stayed with my family in April 2026 mainly for the swimming pool. Unfortunately, it wasn’t ready and was very dirty, so if you’re booking for a swim, choose somewhere else. The reception staff’s behaviour wasn’t good either.

The relaxing atmosphere and warm welcome made our arrival at Hamlinn Resort feel easy. The staff looked after all the details during our stay. Suraj especially made it memorable with his kindness, professionalism, and attention. I’d recommend the resort for a getaway with great service.
