Being right behind Guntur railway station is handy for rail commuters, though the noise made it hard to sleep at night. The rooms are small, and the desk price felt a bit steep for the infrastructure, but booking online could be a great deal. Staff were helpful and cooperative, and service was OK. The hotel was neat and clean, with a well-maintained bathroom and toilet. WiFi worked well, and the other amenities were up to the mark. Food and drinks were good, and the food portions were plentiful, though prices were a bit high and the value for money was just OK. They offer 24-hour check-in and check-out, and card payment is available. I had a good experience overall.

We were checked in at 1 AM after our train ran more than an hour late, with no issue from the team. The hotel is right outside the railway station, and room service brought us great coffee in the morning. It was a good stay.

We enjoyed our stay in the executive non AC rooms. They were clean and tidy, with hot water available 24 hours, and room service was good. The staff were all very friendly. Since it's very near Guntur railway station, I'd recommend it to everyone.

Breakfast was a filling complimentary meal of idli, wada and upma with chutni and Sambar. Don't expect too much, though. The hotel is very near the railway station, but remember to exit by crossing the last platform, through the subway after 7th PF. On our 2-day stay, they made the bed about 3 times after me, but never brought water. Room service wasn't very good, and on the last day they literally hid my AC remote.
