At 2,500 a night, I expected more from the room and the infrastructure. The bed was small, and the blanket they gave us wasn't properly covered. The TV didn't work on day one, but they fixed it the next day. Wi-Fi stayed very poor throughout our visit. The food was just average. On the plus side, the washroom was clean and hygienic, and the staff were helpful and cooperative.

The manager was a very good, helpful person, and all the staff were great to deal with. Food was tasty and healthy, too. The hotel is well maintained and about a 10-minute walk from Mall Road. Highly recommend.

The warmth from the staff, led by Manager Hari ji, really made our stay. We were also happy with the room and food, both good and reasonably priced. The hotel is walkable from Mall Road, the local market, and Darjeeling Railway station. A great place to stay when visiting Darjeeling, highly recommended.

What stood out was how welcoming and helpful the staff were. They were polite and professional, ready to assist whenever we needed something. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a lovely view that really showed off Darjeeling's charm.

We got to check in before the scheduled time, thanks to the friendly staff, and the room had a superb view. The only drawback was how thin the walls are. You can hear people talking all the time. Besides that, it was a great experience.
