The check-in was smooth, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean, and they provide a towel and soap. There is no OYO in the name. One suggestion: please provide a soft pillow, not the big ones, which cause neck hurt. Also, give one free water bottle, at least 500ml.

We stayed in 3 rooms with family members and relatives while visiting Guntur for a wedding. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning was in perfect condition, and room service was great. We strongly recommend this hotel.

The bathroom was filthy and smelled awful, with stained toilets and a flush that didn't work. At night, the tiny night-light bulb left it dark. I had to fill a bucket and pour water into the toilet myself. The room was just as bad, with gum spat around, hair in the washbasin, and stained sheets and blackened pillows. There wasn't even a key for my room. When I asked about leaving my belongings there, they just said everything would be safe. That answer shocked me. The staff also became irritating once I mentioned booking online. They offered a free stay, but I wouldn't go back even for that. I checked out early. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and you could end up needing to find somewhere else, so don't waste your money.

The place may have been nice once, but its condition now is awful. The bedsheets were dirty, the washroom was old and rusted, and even the buckets were in bad shape. There was no geyser; when I asked, they handed me a wired heater. The atmosphere was filthy and unhygienic, easily one of my worst stays. I can't see how it has a 4-star rating. I'd avoid staying here. I gave it two stars only because it's an antique, though it really deserved one.
