There was nobody available to help properly. Only one man was at reception, asking us to follow him with our luggage and saying he was helpless. There's no restaurant, so don't be taken in by the complimentary breakfast claim. The rooms and washrooms were old, dirty, cramped, and smelly, with cockroaches crawling around. No hot water, no TV, and no body wash either. Calling this the worst hotel feels fair. They should renovate it or shut it down. It might as well be called a dormitory.

When we raised concerns about the room, the staff offered no proper response or help. The bed wasn't clean, and the blanket was old and unhygienic, making the stay really uncomfortable. The room cleanliness was extremely poor. I was completely disappointed and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's one of the better hotels in the area, and it's budget-friendly too. The hospitality and service really surprised me. I loved it.

The staff were irresponsible and never gave me the bill, even after I asked several times. There was no proper service. The booking experience was awful, too: the room was unclean, the sheets were dirty, and the smell was unbearable. The bathroom was unhygienic and badly maintained. A complete waste of money, and I strongly wouldn't recommend this place.

If you book ahead and pay for a guest, they may hide that payment and charge the guest again at checkout. That's what happened, and it felt dishonest. They won't even offer a glass of water without a room booking. The staff acted unethically. I don't know how this hotel got its star rating. It's not worth it.
