Hotel O Jaya Fortune

We went there expecting to get food, but there was no restaurant, so we left with nothing. That's why I gave it one star, the listing is misleading.

They strongly discouraged us from ordering from their restaurant, then sealed the carry bag with a stapler. We got hurt on the staple pins. When we asked about it, they answered sarcastically and rudely, telling us not to order then. The staff, service, and behavior were all the worst.

The place is on a busy road and is undergoing renovations. There is no restaurant, and the rooms are in a pathetic state. They're unsuitable even for a single male traveler, let alone families. The rooms stink, the Lenin is dirty, and no toiletries are provided. The lighting is so dim it feels like a low class bar. The towels are more like door mats. I'd avoid this hotel.

It seems like a decent spot for small gatherings and seminars. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is good, though it could use some finesse. The neatness could use a little polish too. As a stranger to the town, I didn't find the location especially central or posh.
