The staff's treatment made me feel judged, almost as if they'd assumed we'd never eaten out before. I expected respectful service and better food, but the Chicken Lollipop I ordered at Viceroy Restaurant was very disappointing. It was a really bad experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the food and customer service.

The biryani tasted average when I took it home. I've noticed that when I eat biryani there, it tastes good, but takeaway hasn't been the same for me. The wait was much longer than promised: they first said five minutes, then after I'd waited 15 minutes and asked, they said they'd hurry, but it took another half hour. Someone at the cash counter also answered rudely. They should speak politely, or it could cost them customers.
