The room is big and clean, and the people are decent, very polite and helpful. Things have changed a lot under the new management. Much better now 😊 I'll definitely book again next time.

We were given rooms that had already been used. It took several requests to get fresh sheets, clean toilets, and water. The place felt very shady, and I didn't feel safe there with my family. Please avoid it.

It's a decent place to stay. The bathroom and blanket could have been cleaner, but they replaced the blanket after I asked, so there were no issues.

There was no building at the listed location, just a dumpyard. I tried calling the authorities, but my call was put on hold partway through and they couldn't resolve my query. Alone on the Zirakpur highway, I felt scared and didn't know what to do, so I ended up sleeping on the road. Worst experience ever, I wish I could give it zero.

My girlfriend and I had a good stay at the hotel the crown. It was clean and secure, and most importantly, we had privacy as a couple and felt safe.
