Regenta Resort Madhuganga Ukhimath

We mainly came for the super-clean washrooms. The food was mixed: the veg sandwiches, dal tadka, jeera rice, and tawa roti were fresh and tasty, while the veg kofta curry and mix veg were just okay. Skip the manchow soup, it seemed more like clear soup. Service was only okay and slow, even though the restaurant was empty. It also felt a little stuffy and warm, and the AC stayed off despite our request. Prices seemed high, even for a premium-style restaurant.

We stayed two days in a Mountain View balcony room, and the clear mountain view from the balcony made it a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a heater, and room service was prompt. We also really enjoyed the restaurant food. Thanks to Vijay Rawat Ji for helping us in the dining area and making sure everything was taken care of.

The staff were very helpful and caring, and the room had plenty of space for two adults and two kids. It’s in a great spot in ukhimath, within walking distance of omkareshwar temple. The food could be better, though it wasn’t too bad.

Housekeeping was excellent, and I especially loved the gulgule at breakfast. The buffet didn’t have many choices, but what we ate was tasty. I enjoyed all the facilities. It’s a great hotel, and I’d suggest opening the kids zone.
