Waking up to the mountain landscape was the highlight of our mornings. It was easily the most beautiful view I’ve seen from a hotel room, like living in a postcard. The spacious rooms were impeccably clean, balancing elegance with coziness, and the amenities had a premium feel with attention to detail. Staff responded promptly and with a smile to every request, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. I can’t recommend the hotel highly enough for its luxury and comfort. A special thank you to Raghav, our travel coordinator from GoTrips and the Char Dham Yatra Agency. He organized our whole trip seamlessly and made sure this stay was perfect. His professionalism and dedication made the journey stress-free and memorable. Please visit this place.

A difficult night could have made the stay hard, but Satyam and Pawan Rawat personally took care of everything and helped us get the most peaceful sleep. Hotel Shiv Vila’s Palace felt like being with family, thanks to their warmth, care, and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to find that kind of kindness and dedication. One of the most caring stays I’ve had, full of heart and comfort, and unforgettable hospitality. ❤️
