10/10
Sara Hotel is clean and comfortable, with convenient access near Kochi Airport. The staff are friendly and service is good. Rooms and basic amenities are decent for a reasonable price, making it a good fit for a short stay, though some facilities are simple.

We booked through mmt and found the rooms standard, with car parking available. The hotel is very close to kochi airport and has its own resturant. Food quality is very good and prices are reasonable. As tourists, we felt they may be short on staff, but otherwise everything seemed okay.

6/10
It's really close to Cochin airport, and the hotel offers airport pick-up and drop, which is useful for travellers. Service was good, but the rooms are a little small and there's no exhaust in the washroom.

4/10
The room and food were fine. They said they'd pick us up, but it took an hour because they went to the wrong location twice. That was disappointing.

The hotel is nice, about 2.5kms from Kochi airport, and has good parking. Breakfast was so-so, and you have to order an egg omlette.
