Compared with a typical 3-star hotel, this property might rate from Average to Good. As a certified 4-star hotel, though, the experience is disappointing. Unfortunately, star certification often reflects infrastructure and amenities on paper rather than the actual quality or service. Here are the main points I noticed: Rooms: Comparable to average 2-star or unrated hotels Room Service: Below expectations, more in line with lower-category standards Amenities: Claimed to be at a 3-star level, but most were not working Facilities: Many services, from the swimming pool and gym to laundry, were unavailable, and the standard reply was “Sorry” Food: Mediocre, like the quality at an unrated hotel Building: Structurally sound and well maintained Customer Service: Poor, with little accountability or responsiveness The property may work as a budget-friendly place for weddings or banquets, but it does not live up to the expectations of its 4-star classification.

I stayed at Country Inn Gurgaon for a short visit and had a decent experience overall. The location is convenient and well connected, so getting around the city was easy. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were polite, although the service could have been quicker at times. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with basic amenities. Some parts of the property seemed like they could use maintenance or an update. The food was satisfactory and had a reasonable variety, but its taste did not stand out compared with other hotels nearby. It is a good option for a short business trip or a quick stay, though perhaps not if you want a luxury experience. Overall, the price felt reasonable, and some improvements could make the hotel much better.

The hotel is clean and spacious, and the breakfast spread is good. Its location is far from the metro, and they do not let auto rickshaws enter the compound. That is very bad and limits our freedom to travel. I was disappointed.

The rooms are immaculate and have modern decor, the staff are exceptionally friendly, and the location is fantastic in the busy heart of the city. The free Wi-Fi is reliable, and the breakfast buffet has variety but is average. A little street noise at night does not take away from the overall four-star comfort. It is perfect for tourists exploring nearby attractions. I would happily stay again on my next trip!
