Quality Inn Gurgaon

The room was cleaned and refreshed every day, and I used the laundry service a few times, which was super convenient. Over about 15-16 days, the kind and attentive staff and delicious food made for a wonderful stay. This was my first time in India, and the food completely changed my mind about Indian cuisine. Breakfast was included. I usually avoid spicy food in the morning, so on my first day I had only fruit and boiled eggs. The manager noticed and asked if I had preferences. I said I'd love cheese and fresh vegetables, and from then on they were ready for me at the table every morning. Such a thoughtful, sweet gesture. Yes yes, I'm picky sometimes 🤪. I've attached a couple of pictures of my dinners. Every meal looked as good as it tasted. I highly recommend the hotel for its hospitality. If I come back to India, I'd definitely choose the same hotel chain again. 🫶🏼🙂‍↔️

The relaxing ambience and delicious food made the stay even better, and the service was quick. My room was spacious and spotless, and priyanka was extremely friendly. Wonderful stay and excellent value for money. I'd definitely visit again.

We had four rooms for a two-day stay, and not one had a working flush. The common toilet had the same problem. The sheets and linens were soiled, the rooms smelled bad, and cleanliness and maintenance clearly weren't priorities. We were thoroughly unhappy. Restaurant staff were rude and unhelpful. When we asked for a spoon or water, they arrogantly told us to collect it from the tray instead of bringing it to the table. Even drinking water wasn't served properly. They also promised a welcome drink at check-in but never provided it. This place falls short on basic hygiene, upkeep, and service, and the rates are decent for a hotel that doesn't meet those basics. I strongly advise against staying unless they make major improvements to staff behavior, cleanliness, and facilities. It wasn't worth the money or inconvenience.

The food was incredible, with a great variety at every meal, and the dinner ice creams were amazing. The rooms were spectacular and very clean. We had a lot of fun, and the staff were great and very cooperative, even if some students in our group may have tested their patience with mischief. We were a whole school group from New Era Global School in Morbi, Gujarat, and stayed from approx 28th August to 4th September 2025. We found the hotel on Google and loved it as students. One funny memory: the wooden floors carried noise between rooms, so my brother and his friends played a music concert with their desk tabla skills, and we could hear it downstairs. The lift also gave us chances for mischief and laughs because it stopped at floors when someone pressed the button outside. The TV had limited channels, and we wanted more than just pogo, but it was tolerable. Our heads didn't allow us on the roof, though it was still a great stay. Thank you for becoming part of our school's core memories. We'll definitely contact you in advance next time we come, and come back as adults.
