Hotel Shree Balaji

The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the decor nice. Sometimes the rooms felt spacious too. Service was good and the staff very friendly. Manish Bhai is great, whoever goes should meet him first ❤️🙏🏻

A cockroach crawled across my suitcase, and that was it. I checked out straight away and got out of there. I'd tell anyone to sleep in their car, camp in the woods, or stay home instead. Anything would be better than this hotel. The check-in took 30 minutes, and the receptionist barely acknowledged me. When I finally got to the room, it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest: unmade bed, trash everywhere, and a foul-smelling bathroom. The towels were stained, the sheets looked unwashed, and I found someone else's hair on the pillow. The mattress was rock hard. The shower barely worked and swung between freezing and boiling. The AC was loud like a jet engine but didn't cool the room. When I complained, the front desk just said, “That’s just how it is.” The walls were so thin I could hear the neighbors arguing late at night and their morning activities, which I really didn't need to hear. The advertised continental breakfast was stale bread and watered-down orange juice. I wouldn't feed it to a stray dog. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Staff were uncooperative and seemed indifferent when I raised concerns. Simple requests took far too long, and courtesy and professionalism were noticeably lacking. It was an unpleasant stay. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff behavior and service.

Poor and dishonest. I booked two rooms through MMT, but the hotel said they were full and refused to give us rooms. I'm standing here with my family.
