The location is the only good part. The service and overall situation were awful. If you're a woman travelling alone, I’d avoid this place. They provided no toiletries, towels, mineral water, slippers, or anything else, and the place was messy with a very shady feel. The TV and AC didn't work. There was no restaurant, and even though I booked breakfast, they said it wasn't included. When I showed them, they brought paratha from a nearby hotel and chai from Tapri. The staff seemed clueless and helpless, and management didn't seem to care. I can’t imagine anyone staying once and coming back.

We booked through Booking.com and paid a token amount. Only after taking payment were we told the property we had booked wasn't available, and they pushed us toward a different one far from the original location. We declined and were assured we'd get a refund, but then we were ignored and never got the money back. When we posted an honest review, we were blackmailed into removing it instead of having the problem resolved. This was deeply unprofessional and unethical. Proceed with extreme caution.

The room was in a pathetic, unhygienic state, and the staff were no help. They didn't even provide bottled water or basic cutlery. The online photos are a scam. If you book, choose pay at hotel so you can check the room yourself first.

We paid a token amount after booking through Booking.com, then were told the property we had booked was unavailable. They tried to push us into accepting a different property far from the original location. We refused, and although a refund was promised, we were later ignored and never received it. After we posted an honest review, they pressured and blackmailed us to take it down instead of resolving the issue. Very unethical and unprofessional conduct. Avoid.

Sambhu was polite and good, but the room maintenance was very poor. There was no food service, and no slippers or dental toothpaste were available.
