I stayed just one night, and the electricity was out the whole time. I spent the night in the dark until my phone, laptop, and other gadgets ran out of battery. The room was dirty inside, there were no amenities or cleaning, and even basic things like a bucket and a sleeper were missing. There was also something wrong in the washroom.
I lived here for two years. The food and facilities were good, the management was the best, and I felt it was fully safe. Best boys PG in Sec 14, Gurgaon. Please visit.
Avni residency is close to the market, so it's a good spot for shopping. The location is really nice, and the room service was excellent. Visit now.
The Wi-Fi didn't work, and the staff were rude. The hotel is in very bad condition. Don't choose this OYO room.
I paid for my Avni Hotel booking online in advance, but the rooms I was shown, 204 and 205, were extremely dirty, including the bedsheets. They wouldn't even change the sheets when I asked. At reception, the man was rude at first, then became aggressive when I explained the room condition. He told me to stay as it was or contact OYO, and made the whole situation hostile. OYO refunded the full amount, which I appreciate. Still, I request that OYO remove Avni Hotel from its listings so other customers don't have the same experience.
