Shivam Shukla even arranged tea late at night for us and a few guests, which was a great gesture. The staff were humble and helpful, and they also helped manage my early check-in and other requests. I had an excellent stay. Keep hosting guests this way, kudos!

The location is good and the hotel is budget friendly, but cleanliness was a problem. The towels were old, the room smelled, and the food was just okay. They do serve good tea. I left disappointed 😔.

My stay at Blue Neck Hotel, Sector 40, was deeply disappointing because of Mr. Gopi Nayek. His rude, arrogant and disrespectful manner made us feel insulted and humiliated several times. Even when we spoke politely, he answered in a harsh, almost threatening tone. When we asked for help or reported problems, he acted as though we were bothering him, ignored our requests and refused to assist with basic matters. That kind of unprofessional, insensitive conduct is shocking from someone representing a hotel. Hospitality should mean warmth, respect and care, but his behavior showed none of that and completely spoiled the comfort and peace of our stay.

The bathroom was unclean, the rooms were dirty and the bedsheets smelled. Staff were rude and ignored our complaints, while the food was bad and hygiene poor. This was my worst hotel experience. Avoid staying here.
