The rooms match the photos, and the atmosphere is friendly. Daily room service was lacking, though I could manage by reminding reception. Still, it’s a good place for a longer stay.

In room 303, even the basic things were missing, including a toothbrush and toothpaste. The sheets and blanket were dirty. A terrible experience.

For the price, the room is neat and spacious, and the manager and staff are cooperative. It’s a safe, decent option near sec 32 gurugram, with the GST office and a few industries nearby. ATMs are around, and you can find auto rickshaws after walking about 150-200m, or use Ola and Uber. Breakfast included doesn’t mean a buffet: they bring one item from the list that you choose, plus a hot drink. Anything more costs extra. Overall, it’s a good deal for the money.

The bedsheets were torn and looked unhygienic, and the whole two-day stay was uncomfortable and disappointing. When I arrived at Emoji Hotel, I was told only one room was available. It was in terrible condition, with stained walls, paan spit, and a spider crawling around. The room had no keys, and the receptionist just smiled and said they’d been lost. In my opinion, the property isn’t properly maintained and falls short of basic cleanliness and hospitality. People should avoid staying here.
