Fabhotel Pantao Stays

I was nervous after booking because I’d read the reviews, most of which were negative. But once I arrived, I asked some people there about the hotel and services, and they were positive. My own stay was very good and felt worth the money.

My company booked me in for 15 days. The Google reviews had made me sad, but what I found was the opposite of what I expected: good rooms and lighting, clean bedsheets, a working AC, and a clean bathroom and other facilities. Service was good too, and the stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel and rooms were being painted, so they should have a clean look.

Cockroaches everywhere, staff with bad manners, and no sign of housekeeping or cleaning. They didn’t seem bothered by complaints. There was no Wi-Fi or toiletries, the TV had no network, and the shared balconies had no locks.

I booked three rooms and one didn’t have a key available from the staff. There were no water bottles or towels at first. When some towels were brought later, they were wet, and the staff said they’d just come from the laundry. One bathroom door wouldn’t close, and there was no AC remote. The room had a TV and remote but no set-top box, so what were we supposed to do with it? There was no light by the car park beside the hotel sign, and it took us an hour to find the hotel. I’m never staying there again.
