The room looked wonderful, but it needed more cleaning and the bed linens should have been changed. The washroom was clean, though it had bugs and cockroaches. Most TV channels weren’t available, and the lift wasn’t working during my visit. Google Maps navigation wasn’t reliable either, it stopped along the way. Booking.com listed free toiletries, breakfast, shampoo, and toilet paper, but none of those were there. I also felt uncomfortable being asked by the owner/receptionist to hand in my keys whenever I went out. If I’m staying at a hotel and stepping out for a while, I don’t want to give up my room key during my stay.

There’s no branding on this Oyo hotel, so it’s hard to tell when you’ve reached the place. The lift wasn’t working while I was there, so I had to walk up and down four floors. The staff and owner seemed very unfriendly to customers. It felt like a shady hotel run by shady people. The worst place to end up in. Stay away!

The staff and room service were very bad, and I’d never recommend this hotel even to my servant. My company booked it based on its rating, but this was the worst hotel of my travels. A dharmshala would be better. Very bad experience.

The room sheet wasn’t clean, and I had to hand in the key whenever I left. Staff could enter the room at any time when I wasn’t there. Also, the food I had from the hotel caused food poisoning.
