Room 203 on the ground floor was spacious and clean, and the staff were courteous. The location is handy for getting around, just near HUDA Metro Station. Maintenance was a problem, though. The entry gate lock was nearly broken, the bathroom door wouldn't lock properly, and the taps and other fittings need repairs. The buckets weren't hygienic, and there was no hot water. When I asked, staff said none was available at all. The stay was decent thanks to the location and staff, but maintenance and basic amenities need serious improvement.

The food was extremely bad, and to me it seemed like the kind that could make you ill. I think there's a good arrangement between the hotel and Max Hospital, with both sides making money while guests suffer illnesses. Good R:R.
