The room was a good size and the bathroom was clean, but the bedsheets had marks. There was a pigeon and droppings in the room when I entered, so I had to get it cleaned. The iron stand was torn, only worked in one position, and they told me to use a towel as a cover. Staff were stubborn and slow, and you'd need to remind them twice. I asked for tea at 1600 hrs for 1715, but they brought it at 1740 after two reminders. Since the kitchen is outsourced, they don't serve anything before 0730, not even tea. They don't seem concerned about customer satisfaction.

The location is awesome, with a market nearby and a great garden further ahead. Everything else was very good, but breakfast needs work. I'd like more healthy options and more variety, perhaps a good breakfast combo, even if it's chargeable.

It feels like a budget stay, but the service is bad. Oyo should provide structured training for the people working at its properties. The food is okay, though the menu could be better and have more options. There's a lot that needs improvement.

We were three people staying for one night. The room was nice and clean, and the location was good, but there was a strange smell that stayed in the room. It might have come from the wooden floor, though I'm not sure. One mattress was a little dirty, but they replaced it right away when we asked. Mr. Singh at the desk was very polite and cooperative.

The hotel was decent, neat and clean, and its service was good too. It's in Sector-15, Gurugram. Huda City Centre is the nearest metro station, about 5 kilometre from the hotel. Thanks.
