The location is good, and the rooms I checked were a decent size. But the hotel was under maintenance after recently being occupied, leased, or purchased. I looked at two rooms, and the toilets had stain marks, apparently from being closed for a long time. The lift wasn't working because of waterlogging in the lift area. I didn't stay, so I can't comment on service.

The room was neat and clean, with a comfortable bed, decent space, and a balcony. The bathroom had soap, shampoo, moisturizer, and a clean towel. They even provide a pair of hawai chappal for bathroom use. Staff were well behaved, and the stay was great value for money. We were on a weeklong road trip in north India, and this was the best place we stayed for an overnight rest.

I had a pleasant three day stay at Royal Spark Inn. The rooms were clean, room service was quick, and the staff were professional and humble. Highly recommended as an affordable hotel near medanta hospital gurgaon.

Dirty washrooms and very low food quality made for a terrible stay. The staff member Mr Pankaj was especially arrogant and rude, and didn't know how to treat customers. They even pressure you to write a good review.

The room was really clean, and it worked well for an overnight stay near medanta. Fast service, good rooms, and the staff were the best part.
