I was really unhappy with this property. They charge a lot but the service and facilities just aren't there. It's a pathetic hotel. Noise made it impossible to sleep: loud music from the gym upstairs ran from 5:00 AM until 12:00 PM, and equipment sounds carried on from 5:00 PM until 12:30 AM. The room service was very poor as well. Our sheets, blankets, and towels were dirty, and the bedding smelled bad. There was no hot water, and at times no regular running water either. The management seems new and couldn't handle guest complaints or sort the problems out properly. It was a very bad experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

I stayed nearly two weeks and found the stay comfortable. Being part of Foyar mall makes the location especially good. Ankur Saini at reception was a great help and took care of all our needs. The cleaning staff were professional and polite. Thanks to the Ginger team.

We had a comfortable three-night stay at Ginger Gurugram Sector 1. The rooms were well kept and clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Gurugram was easy to get around from this convenient location. The food stood out. With help from Himani and Pandas, we tried the in-house dining, and the Thai green curry was wonderful. Breakfast had good vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices, plus a live dosa and omelette counter for freshly made items. Ankur Sami and Kritika at reception were especially sweet, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Their warm attitude added a lot to the experience. Good service, comfortable rooms, and tasty food made this a pleasant, hassle-free stay. I’d definitely recommend it.

Ankur and Kritika were professional and gave us great hospitality. The room was spotlessly clean and had great amenities. I had an excellent stay here, highly recommend!

Keatika at reception made check-in smooth and welcoming. She was courteous, helpful, and professional, which really added to my stay at Ginger 1 Palam Vihar. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained, and comfortable for business or a short visit. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it.
