I booked three days without reading the reviews, and regretted it within the first 24 hours. I arrived around 7 p.m. on June 5 and found the AC broken. The manager kept saying a technician was on the way, but after many complaints I still spent the night sweating in the heat. They moved me the next morning, then gave that same room to another guest with the same explanation. Maybe that guest will leave a review tomorrow. There are no room keys. The manager said my luggage would be safe because staff would look after it whenever I went out. I couldn't trust them with my work and personal laptops or anything else I owned, even something as small as a safety pin. And the rooms themselves are in a pathetic state. No wonder OYO has this reputation.

We had to argue quite a bit before getting a room, and it was unhygienic: water was running, there were electricity problems, the floor was dirty, and the bedsheets hadn't been washed. The owner, an older man, seemed judgmental and kept giving the girls leering looks. His wife was there too, but said nothing when we complained. The reception staff were very unprofessional. At the last moment they refused the booking we'd made through the Oyo app, while letting people stay if they booked directly and paid extra. Oyo's team didn't help us with it either.

The rooms felt shady and weren't clean or hygienic. There were no toiletries or towels, and the toilet spray didn't work. The food? Let's not even get into that. Please be careful at this location. I can't believe this place is even connected with OYO.

I asked them in the morning to clean the room while I was out, but it was still untouched when I got back that evening. The room was filthy, with dust everywhere, and the towel had blood stains. I stayed three nights, and it was a thoroughly miserable experience.

I picked this place because it was near where I needed to be, but the rooms are small and expensive. The reception and staff weren't professional either. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
