We stayed here 4-5 times because the location was convenient, but the hotel is completely worthless and there are lots of options at the same price. The rooms were dirty, and the cutlery and water jug looked like they hadn’t been washed in a year. The food was poor too. The menu showed different prices, then they charged extra when bringing food to the room. I even saw big mice in the kitchen. The receptionist was unwelcoming, especially the night duty boy, who was always on his phone. There was no TV recharge and the rooms and bathrooms weren’t properly maintained. Every time we took our car out, the guard asked for a tip. Very disappointing. I’d suggest looking around sec 29 or sec 44, or at places in delhi.

I came from Bangalore and found the room on Google. The photos looked fine, but the actual condition was disappointing. I visited on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, and stayed in Room 202 on the second floor. The walls were peeling, and the sheets and blankets were damaged. I asked for another room in the morning and moved that evening, February 5, 2025, to Room 205 on the second floor. The replacement room had torn sheets and a blanket cover with hair on it, so I immediately asked reception to change them. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly either. Staff were rude and unprofessional, speaking with a lot of attitude when I asked for help. They told me they only had torn blankets and sheets and weren’t supportive about replacing them. I’d booked through Friday and planned to add six more days, but now I’m unsure. I’m leaving this feedback in the hope you’ll consider it. There’s plenty of parking and lots of places to eat nearby. The property is in U-Block, within walking distance of dlf cyber hub, and the rooms are clean, good, and budget friendly. I did notice some maintenance issues in and around the room. It’s a good fit for people with hybrid jobs who only need to go into the office a few days.

Getting there means taking an extremely narrow road, and the mattress was so bad I couldn’t sleep.
