Lemon Tree Premier City Center Gurugram

I stayed for 5 days and found the rooms clean and nice. The whole staff were helpful and professional, and the restaurant team were especially attentive and ready to assist throughout. The chef has magic in his hands, breakfast was so tasty. Special thanks to Deepak Kumar from House keeping department for keeping the rooms clean.

The breakfast had plenty of fresh choices, and the location was just right. Staff were attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my stay at Lemon Tree Gurgaon. It’s great value for money without cutting corners on quality. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip.

Another team member, Vibhor (F&B), tried to assist, but said Nishita and Utsav both had to close the deal. Neither of them responded. I visited Lemon Tree (Sector 29 / Premier) about booking for 25 people. The property was acceptable because of its location, but the sales process was so unprofessional that we couldn’t go ahead. Utsav, the assigned representative, repeatedly missed calls and ignored messages. After several follow-ups, there was a short reply, then communication stopped with no resolution. Even now, nobody has followed up. That lack of ownership and respect for potential clients raises serious concerns about the service standards and business ethics. If you’re considering Lemon Tree for a corporate event, expect poor responsiveness and an unreliable sales process. We booked somewhere much better.

Rooms are a bit small, and the food is very expensive. Still, it’s a good option for corporate stays or solo travelers, right on the main road in the center of Gurgaon.
