I left feeling that the stay wasn’t nice, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. I came in the last week of September for two days but checked out on the evening of the second day. The rooms were good, and staff were polite, saying things like “it’ll be fixed soon,” but nothing got sorted before I left. The bathroom had no handwash, and even after reminding them more than 6-7 times, it wasn’t refilled, so I used shower gel instead. AC water was spilling into the room, the balcony was very dirty, and its broken door handle made it hard to close. The room fridge couldn’t even cool a bottle of water. There’s no kitchen. For a room with two adults, you get only two complimentary half-litre water bottles per day; any more costs Rs 50 for a bottle that normally costs Rs 15.

The staff were really good, especially Sachin. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was good too. I had a great stay.

We were welcomed nicely, and the room was decent, but we had to move because its electricity was faulty. In both rooms, the shower and taps were loose and malfunctioning, and the water pressure was very low. We were told to wait until the next morning for this to be fixed. They also kept the only room key for security, so we weren’t given our own copy. The staff were genuinely trying to help where they could, which we appreciated, but the management could be better, and the plumbing needs work.

The breakfast was complimentary and had plenty of tasty choices, and the pool and fitness center were well maintained. The location also made it easy to reach local attractions and places to eat. My room was spotless, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed, and check-in went smoothly thanks to the warm welcome. Every staff member I met was friendly and attentive, and the little touches made me feel appreciated. I left feeling rested and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming stay. I’d be happy to return.

Shekhar Rai at the front desk handles things like a one man army. The location is top notch, and the staff are polite and professional. I had a comfortable, pleasant stay and highly recommend the property.
