The staff who helped us were polite and supportive. Our room was clean and spacious, and the washroom was too. It had the basics like shampoo, hand wash, body wash, and body lotion, which can be hard to find at some places. For the price we paid, I had a great stay.

The rooms were good, but the amenities were lacking. There was no intercom, so we couldn’t call housekeeping or order food from the room, and the security guard was very rude and asked for extra money for a room at night. I had already prepaid ₹2,400, but arriving before the 2 pm check-in time cost me another ₹1,200 for two hours. Later, after going out and returning at midnight with my sister, I was asked for another ₹1,200 because she was an extra guest. Worse experience. I don’t recommend it.

The room didn’t have amenities, and the washroom was just okay. For in-room dining, we had to go to reception because there was no intercom. The staff were very rude, especially the guard, who kept asking for extra money for everything. I arrived early even though check-in is at 2 pm, and the whole stay ended up costing me ₹5,500. The worst hotel and staff, especially that guard. Terrible experience!

I didn’t use the food and beverage service, but all the required amenities were available and housekeeping was satisfactory. The room was spacious and well equipped, though the plywood bed made some noticeable creaking noises. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were professional and courteous. Check-out was just as smooth. Overall, I was comfortable and felt the service was very good for the price.
