The staff were friendly and the service was good. I had a great stay and was very satisfied.

After pushing me to pay online, Oyo booked me here, but when I arrived they said every room was taken. They sent me to a nearby house and put me in an old room with no AC or bathroom basics like soap and a shower. It was after 10 pm, and I was exhausted from carrying my bag and looking for the hotel, so I felt I had to accept it. I wasn’t even sure I could sleep in that bed. A horrible, unacceptable experience.

We paid 1000 for the room even though it was listed on Oyo for RS 560. They said the Oyo rooms were available but not in good condition, and offered better options if we paid the hotel’s amount. The place wasn’t clean and felt unprofessional, with something odd going on. Oyo should check hotels before listing them.
