It looked just like the photos, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially at reception, were polite and ready to help. Restaurants and shops are close by, so the location was convenient. I had a really pleasant stay and would come back.

The large room and bed were great for the price, and the AC and Wi-Fi both worked fine. Staff were very nice and helpful. The setting is dusty and dirty, with no paved road access, and it feels a bit in the middle of nowhere. Still, Golf Course Road, the mall, and Rapid metro are within a 10-minute walk. The bathroom needs some renovation. My room wasn't cleaned during my four-night stay, though I think they would have done it if I'd asked. For me, it landed between 3 and 4 stars, but the value made it 4.

I left early and stayed somewhere else. The second room they offered was just as bad as the first: bugs, cigarettes and rubbish on the floor, and plaster falling from the ceiling. Neither room looked like it had been cleaned in a long time. They said I would get a refund, but I still haven't received it.

Breakfast had lots of options and was delicious, and my room was clean, comfortable, and had what I needed. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure everything was taken care of. I had an amazing stay at Hotel Lexum and would definitely return. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The rooms were marvelous, neat, and clean. Lovely staff responded quickly whenever I needed anything, and the services were wonderful. A wonderful stay overall.
