We’d come all the way from Delhi on October 20, 2024, to book four rooms. While we waited, manager Rajat Shah spoke rudely to my 60-year-old father, taunting him with, “How dare you enter inside.” His behavior was disrespectful and completely unacceptable. It was a disgusting way to treat my elderly father and me. I can’t understand how someone so arrogant and incompetent is in a managerial role. Rajat Shah’s conduct is a disgrace to this place’s reputation. If guests are treated like this, it’s no surprise the business is failing. Stay far away.
