I visit Hosur often, and the service has been great. The security guard, Mr. Sujeet, really stands out. He handles everything from room reservations to complaints and small issues, and makes sure they’re resolved quickly. He also greets customers with a positive attitude. Best wishes to everyone.

It’s been 80 working days since I left the property, after giving proper notice a month before moving out, and I still haven’t received my security deposit. I’ve tried email, calls, X, WhatsApp, and the consumer grievance portal, with no reply. They’re not available at the property either. I’ll attach the full call logs, emails, and complaints made through all the portals, none of which received a response. I’ve also heard from a reliable source that others are facing the same deposit refund issue. The property manager responded and came running only after a resident filed an FIR against him. Team housr, are you waiting for me to take legal action before returning my security? I wish there were a zero-star option, or even minus five, to bring down the fake 4.3 rating they’ve created. A big warning to everyone.
