We booked a service apartment at AIPL Joy Street, Gurgaon through Agoda and paid a hefty price expecting the basic facilities promised in the listing. What we got was far below an acceptable standard. Free parking was advertised, but the mall authorities told us parking wasn't free, and there was no dedicated guest parking. That was misleading and inconvenient. The room was in very poor condition: the internet didn't work, the bathroom exhaust was broken, the carpet was dirty and badly maintained, and hygiene overall was poor. The corridor carpet smelled bad, too. The room didn't seem worth even a fraction of the amount charged. This is a service apartment, but the owner never responded or offered a solution despite repeated messages and calls. That lack of support was frustrating and unprofessional. Agoda charges a premium for this property, yet the actual room and service fall well short of what's acceptable. The listing doesn't reflect the real situation, and the price isn't justified by what guests receive. Future travelers should be cautious. Given the misleading information and services that weren't as promised, a refund should be seriously considered.
