The team’s thoughtfulness made a big difference. They asked if I preferred a non smoking room, then arranged one near the elevator when they found out I was having trouble with my leg. Those small gestures made traveling easier. I booked Le Méridien Gurgaon at the last minute because The Westin was full, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated having a bathtub after a long day. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The hospitality was excellent, and the whole stay felt smooth and comfortable. Glad I ended up here, and I’d happily return.

The view of the Aravallis from the room is a standout. The glass wall in the washroom looks out over them, and it still amazes us every time. The hotel has started to feel like a second home. This was our third stay in just two months, and the service was once again impeccable. Every staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Special thanks to Mahak and Sarita Ma’am for the warm hospitality and personal attention. One of the finest hotels in Delhi NCR, without a doubt.

I felt safe and cared for as a woman traveling alone. The team was respectful and attentive without being intrusive, and the concierge service felt personal, efficient, and world class. I’ll be back. Karan took care of two package shipments from start to finish, handling the forms, courier pickup, and tracking updates, and keeping me informed with a friendly smile. When it was time to leave, Mohit made checkout seamless: the bags were tagged, the bill was reviewed and accurate, and I could head out without stress. From check-in to check-out, Rajesh welcomed me like family, anticipated what I might need, and followed up to make sure every detail was right. His guidance and thoughtful check-ins made everything effortless.

Nearly 100 guests came to stay at the hotel for my wedding, which I hosted at this venue. Afterward, what should have been a peaceful end to the celebration turned into a very disappointing experience. The front desk had not realized I’d already paid for my personal room, and my card was charged more than $100 extra. Instead of resolving the accounting error themselves and following up by email, they had me stand at the desk to help sort it out. The dispute took nearly two hours, and even then the math was still wrong. This could have been handled far more professionally. The customer service was terrible and incompetent. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it. If I could give zero stars, I would.
