MiNest Coliving 39 turned out to be the place I was looking for after trying several others. I’ve found great people to spend time with here, and the service has been excellent. Its central location and modern amenities make it easy to recommend.

With the other residents around, it feels like a second home. The management is great, the infrastructure works well, and all the basic necessities are available. A really good place to live.

We came to see the property after noticing all the five-star reviews. It’s conveniently near Cyber Park, though the road leading in was dirt when we visited. The operators were polite and gave us a tour, but the layout felt more like a hotel than a co-living space, with rows of rooms along long corridors. On the ground floor, rooms run down one side of a long corridor, with a mini-gym and dining area opposite, plus a pool table and a tiny sofa. The double-sharing rooms were a decent size, but the setup didn’t seem well thought out. Two people had only a small quarter-circle table, less than a metre in radius, and one small chair to work at. The AC placement didn’t seem able to cool both occupants, and there was just a small window instead of a balcony. Floors with more than 20 occupants had one tiny fridge each, while the whole property, with capacity for 60+, had only two ironing boards. The kitchenette we were shown was a dirty shed with one induction stove and no utensils. There was no shared area with a large TV for watching events together, and security seemed limited to one watchman, without biometric IDs or access cards. We also couldn’t get clear information about meals. The operators said food came from outside vendors, which made us think it might arrive from a cloud kitchen rather than being fresh and hot. They didn’t show us a menu or offer a taste, even though we visited around dinner time. We later spoke with a couple of guests who showed us their Swiggy orders and told us about the food quality and taste. Ms. Ashita, who showed us around, clearly identified the shed on the second floor as the kitchenette. I’m glad to hear the food arrangements, kitchenette, and access security may have been fixed since then. At the time of our visit, the double-sharing room with food was ₹15K, plus ₹11/unit for the electricity used in the room. We didn’t think it was worth that price. If the property had been as you now describe it when we visited, you would have had six more beds booked. Your approach road was dirt around 30 days ago, though I don’t know whether it’s been tarred since. Please don’t use 90% occupancy as proof of quality when the place is near a tech park in Gurgaon, where properties tend to fill up. A simple Google search also made it look like quite a few reviews were internal rather than from guests. I hope you take this honest feedback constructively and reach 100% occupancy.

I spent my whole undergrad in PGs, and this has the kind of co-living setup I’d been missing. For working people, it’s a great option. Probably the most fun place to live in Gurugram.
