We had to move rooms three times because of cockroaches and a damp smell, which was present in most of them. The staff were so rude and unprofessional that they spoke as if giving us a room was a favor. I’d booked their most expensive room, but was given a basic one and told they were all the same. There were no towels or water bottles, and when we asked, it took 2-3 hours for things to arrive. I arrived at night with a late flight and had no other option but to stay, even though I regretted every moment. By far the worst experience I’ve had. Only book this place if you want to regret it. DO NOT BOOK THIS WORTHLESS HOTEL.

Good food, plenty of parking and a location right on the main road made this a convenient place to stay. I was here for a longer stay, and the staff were courteous and quick to respond. They’re part of a hotel brand with more than one or two properties, so I’d expect prompt, quality service. Recommended for both short and long visits, especially if you’re looking for luxury on a budget.

The food was tasty and hygienic, and my room was spotless and excellent. Service was commendable, though it could be more efficient. Good value for the price, and I’m giving it five stars.

Anuruddha at reception was prompt and helpful, and the staff were courteous. The common areas were clean and had working Wi-Fi, which made them suitable for getting some work done. My room and bathroom were neat, though the room was a bit compact and ventilation was only okay. RO water was available when requested.

We had already paid, unfortunately, after checking three rooms that all had the same damp, pungent smell that wouldn’t go away. The fridge didn’t work, and we found cockroaches inside it. Staff didn’t explain the included breakfast hours or provide anything, even though it was only 10pm. Basic things like water and towels were missing, and the staff didn’t know how to speak to customers.
