I wouldn't deal with this hotel again. They seem to see guests only as a source of money. I especially wouldn't stay here as a PG: the security deposit, rent increases, AC repairs, and DG charges could all become a scam, and none of those costs are mentioned in advance.

The kitchen was not sanitary or hygienic, and the staff were extremely rude. I also saw firsthand that rooms are used without guests knowing; I was affected by this, and my belongings were stolen. On top of that, they deducted 3K from my security deposit without telling me about it beforehand.

Power cuts happen often and the service is very poor. They also take security money and don't return it. They steal things from the rooms too.

I'm loyal to Maharaja, which has taken over this hotel, but this property is still pathetic. The linen was dirty, the place wasn't clean, and the reception staff were rude. 🙏

The rooms are fine, but they really need to do much more about cleanliness.
