After I paid rent, the staff’s attitude changed, like they were doing me a favor by letting me stay. My three months here were one of my worst experiences. The place might be okay for a night, but the location is very poor for a longer stay. There’s no proper parking, so with construction going on nearby I had to leave my car on the house ramp. Namrata said parking near plot 695 was safe under CCTV, but staff never told me about a neighbor’s repeated threats. Someone eventually smashed my car window and bonnet with a stone. When I asked for the footage, they refused and said they couldn’t access it. Namrata and Rishabh were highly unprofessional. Rishabh doesn’t know how to talk properly. They don’t listen to feedback or care about tenants, and only focus on rent. When I needed a solution, they (gagan ramtani) just told me to claim insurance. My brand-new bike, less than a month old, was also vandalized with scratches and a broken indicator. The furniture is the worst quality you can imagine. I moved out 2-3 days early according to the rent calculation. They can use that extra money to buy some respect, and maybe a good pair of glasses so they can see their tenants and problems. 😂 The staff are careless and unsupportive, and even push people to leave fake good ratings. Don’t waste your money here, this property will give you the worst experience of your life.

My room was spotless, modern and comfortable, and check-in was quick and easy. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. The amenities were top-notch. I had a fantastic stay and will come back on my next trip. Highly recommend it for comfort, convenience, and great service.

I spent two months here, and the rooms were lovely for the price. The location was really good, and going for midnight runs was fun. The staff were sweet and helpful too.

Namrita was a big help and made onboarding smooth. The rooms and flats are spacious, and housekeeping is great. A very good experience.
