This was the worst experience I've had. I booked Hotel O The Primero Near Leisure Valley Park through agoda and oyo room at 9am, and asked for an early check-in because the app showed noon. Oyo rooms support arranged a call with the property manager, who said I could arrive at 10:30 am. When I got there, he told me to wait in the waiting area. After 30 minutes, I asked for the room, and he said they had stopped accepting bookings from oyoroom and told me to contact their support. I'd already prepaid 1200, so I had no choice but to call. Support said the only option was a hotel 7km away, and cancelling would take more than 2 weeks for a refund. It felt like a scam, taking payment first and then sending guests to a hotel on the outskirts. If I had to stay out there, why pay so much for this hotel? And if the property partner wasn't taking Oyo bookings, why didn't he say so when I called earlier? The property is Hotel O The Primero Near Leisure Valley Park, phase 2 sector 25 mg road Gurgaon. Booking through agoda and oyo room was awful, and the property manager was awful too.

The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and behaved terribly. They demand extra payment even after you've paid through the app, and threaten to make you leave if you don't pay. Worst hotel ever.

The room was one of the worst I've stayed in. The towel they gave me had a hole in it, and the study table was broken. I don't understand how they could give that room to a guest. I told the guys about it when I left.

We had already paid for the booking, but when we arrived after 9 pm, they demanded another 300 ₹ or said they wouldn't let us check in. We felt stuck and had no option but to pay. The manager was rude and just told us to pay the extra 300. This kind of pressure to get more money is rowdyism. OYO should take strict action. This was the second time I'd had a problem. I complained to OYO about my previous booking too, but nothing was done.

Even with an OYO confirmation, nothing was actually booked. They asked for higher prices and said they don't take OYO bookings, so please don't mislead guests, especially those traveling from far away.
