Getting a simple bill turned into days of follow-ups. I asked at check-in, after paying Rs. 800, to receive it when I checked out in the morning, but they said they would send it on WhatsApp that day. Despite asking several times over the next 2-3 days, I still had to keep chasing them, and it wasn't even a GST bill. That felt very unprofessional. I stayed here on 18-02-2026. There was no water bottle in the room, and although I asked repeatedly, I was told “bhej rahe hain”. Nothing came the whole night. The receptionist was rude and careless too. Poor management and customer service all around. I wouldn't recommend staying here.👎

The hall smelled of cigarettes throughout, and the dirty bedsheets and rooms made this a poor choice for families. If you're a non-smoker, that smell may make it hard to stay even 10 minutes. They handed over used besleri water bottles at check-in. The staff weren't friendly either. When I stepped out for an hour, they asked me to leave my room key because they thought I'd lose it. Paying guests aren't five-year-old kids. They also charged 30 percent extra for checking in 90 minutes early, but gave me no receipt for it. Think twice before taking a room here.

The room was dirty, the AC didn't work, and water wasn't coming through. Even after paying extra cash, I got terrible amenities. The owner said to pay more or cancel the hotel, despite my booking through a source. Cancelling would mean losing my money. A disgusting experience that wasted my time, money, and comfort.

You might manage one night here, but for a longer stay there are much better hotels nearby. My friend checked in last year, then had to check out and find somewhere else. I'd look at the other nearby options.

The manager told me they don't accept online bookings, so I cancelled a trip I'd already planned. If you're considering booking this hotel online, think twice and check with them first.
