If you’re travelling alone and only need somewhere to crash, this could work on a tight budget. It’s very affordable, includes breakfast, and has hot water, a TV, and a mini refrigerator. The staff were nice and accommodating, and it’s quite close to the medanta hospital. But there were ants and house centipedes in the room and bathroom, and the sheets and towels had stains. Even the insulated cup they brought the chai in was stained inside and out. There was also loud construction noise throughout the day. If money isn’t a constraint, or you’re travelling with family, I’d spend a bit more for somewhere nicer. Excalibur is better, though a little more expensive.

The owner was polite and cooperative, but they can’t be there for you all the time. There was no food service, and one staff member, Shobhan, was the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They may even fight with guests. Staying at this Oyo hotel was one of the worst experiences of my life. I’d rather sleep on a footpath than stay here.

It was peaceful here, and I found the rooms comfortable, airy, and clean, with a spacious bathroom and a private balcony. I stayed four days. The guest house is newly built and still well maintained, about 800 metres along the same road from Medanta Medicity, near Bakhtawar Chowk. The vegetarian thali for 250 was very good, like home cooking, though it was the only food option, with no non-veg dishes or alternatives. There are only one or two staff members, so room service can be slow. No shops nearby either, so use an app if you need something. Pratap, the manager in the picture, looks after the place. I recommend it for a comfortable stay.

A clean, fairly new place to stay, with decent food. It’s conveniently located for people visiting Medanta and isn’t far from Huda City Centre metro station. The staff could be better educated.

I was in Gurugram on an official company visit and found this Oyo property tidy and well organised. Mr. Pratap at reception was supportive and very nice, and the staff were polite. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had the basic amenities. A good option if you need to stay near Medanta Hospital or SAS Towers.
