I was totally disappointed on my first OYO stay. The property might be okay, but it badly needs maintenance and looks nothing like the photos shown online when I booked. The rooms were large, but poorly painted, with paan spit marks on the walls, a broken wash basin, dirty bathrooms, mosquitoes, uncomfortable mattresses, and chairs without cushions. The lifts were tiny and dirty too. Customer service made all of this harder. It took one or two hours of patience to try to get things sorted over the phone, and even then it depended on luck.

I stayed at this hotel, OYO flagship 5912, for nearly five months for a project. At first, the service was poor, especially room cleaning, water bottles, food, and the gym. The restaurant was being repaired because of a water leak, and the gym was dusty. Since I was there for a long time, they gradually fixed things, and service improved after I complained several times. One morning, at 8:30 a.m. while I was heading to the office, there was a RADE by the income tax department. I had to write a statement about the purpose of my stay and so on. Please stay aware and alert!

The room was dirty and very dim, and the mattress was worn out. They hadn't even left towels unless I asked. WiFi didn't work, and my complaints got no resolution. There was no hot water, the AC wasn't working, and the room phone barely worked, so calling the front desk was difficult.

This property has its own charm, and service was nice. The location is peaceful and quite isolated, with not much to explore nearby, though ordering food is easy. Our room wasn't very clean.

It's a very good property, but the maintenance is the worst. The complimentary breakfast had limited options and wasn't clean or hygienic. I'd never choose to stay here again or recommend it. If you stay, everything is at your own risk.
