The price was very reasonable, and the rooms were clean. Mamta madam was especially cooperative and helped make my stay comfortable and pleasant. I had a great experience, with excellent service from friendly staff. I’d highly recommend it for good value and quality service.

The location was awesome, with no traffic at that point, though the road needs some maintenance. The rooms were very clean, and the service was better than I expected. The staff were polite and good.

The hotel’s front desk refused to issue invoices for our stay, saying they were short-staffed, even though they charged us using katcha bills. They wouldn’t accept card payment, which we needed to claim reimbursement from our company, and insisted we pay by UPI to a private number. Room service was pathetic, the rooms need proper maintenance, and the water supply was off for an hour.

The rooms were reasonably priced when booked online, and the stay was good. Mr. Ankit at reception was very cooperative, helped me check in, and let me check in early. Keep it up and keep shining.

Food was just okay. Everything else is good for gatherings of around 150 to 200 people, like an engagement or baby birthday.
