Staying at Radison felt out of this world, comfortable and well organized, with an easy, home-like feel. Ms. Ritu was humble, gentle, and helpful, and the other helpers were experienced and helpful too. The place was so clean and they took good care of hygiene. We loved it, a wonderful experience 🫶🏻.

The front desk team at Radisson Gurugram Udyog Vihar made me feel welcome and looked after throughout my stay. Amen, Pankaj, Priyanshu, Anish, Harsh, and Vashinavi were professional, warm, and attentive. Check-in was smooth, and they were always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was beautifully maintained, with clean rooms, great amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated how much effort the staff put into making guests feel at home. I’d recommend Radisson Gurugram Udyog Vihar to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying again. Kudos to the whole team!

The room had tea, coffee and toiletries ready, and I was especially glad to find hand lotion by the basin. The shower had hot water straight away, the food at NH8 was very good, and the front desk team were welcoming and helpful. It was the best hotel stay I’ve had on my own so far. A couple of things could be better: there was no AirPlay on the TVs, and in January I couldn’t find a way to heat the room. The awkward part came after checkout, when security at the gate asked me for a five-star review, watched what I wrote, told me to mention their names and dictated what else to add. I deleted the review soon after.

Check-in went smoothly, and the front office staff were polite and helpful. They were quick to bring the extra amenities I requested, and stayed courteous and professional throughout. The only snag was a short wait at the desk during peak hours, when it seemed a little understaffed. Special thanks to anuraj Ajeet amen Sunil Reetu.

They were friendly, professional, and happy to go the extra mile, and the whole team was attentive and quick to take care of what I needed. From the moment I arrived at Radisson Gurugram, I felt welcome and looked after. I’m sincerely grateful to everyone there for making the visit so comfortable and enjoyable.
