Sonali at reception made us feel welcome right away. She was warm, polite, professional, and very helpful. Manish and Ranveer also treated everything with care and kindness, and their positive attitude made the stay feel both personal and luxurious. Every interaction felt thoughtful and respectful, and it’s rare to meet people who put this much effort into guests’ comfort. The rooms were beautiful, everything was spotless, the atmosphere was just right, and the service went beyond what I expected. The people are what made this hotel unforgettable. Huge respect to the whole team, and I can’t wait to come back.

I was there for a 3-4 day business trip, and the stay worked out perfectly. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean, and the front desk is helpful. Food quality and taste were top notch, both at the breakfast buffet and with the Ala carte options. Special thanks to Chef Tanu for the live counter and food. I’d recommend Radisson for business or leisure.

Divya Jyoti Mahindar Sahira and the rest of the staff were so humble, and it was a pleasure meeting them. Their welcome and gestures were lovely, and the service was great, as was the food. We really enjoyed the customised breakfast options and couldn’t get enough. Breakfast in the room was a very nice experience too. For me, the people are what make this hotel feel five-star, not just the rooms.
