While my friend was away for Diwali, staff apparently had a party in his room. He'd booked the room set for two months, then came back to find beer bottle caps. When police were called, the staff admitted they'd partied there. I also can't tell how many of my shirts went missing. I wouldn't consider this place safe or trustworthy, and I'd tell people never to book it.
The room itself was clean, but there were no bathroom amenities. Breakfast came with the package and was poor quality, and it arrived 40 minutes late. Service gets a 2 from me. There's no parking, and the entrance wasn't up to standard: water dripped from the ceiling, which could be a hazard for someone coming in with luggage.
The staff were super unprofessional. At 10:30 pm they told me to cancel my booking and leave. The bathroom was dirty, with hair and tissue paper scattered around, and the shower wasn't connected to hot water. The linen was used, dirty, and torn, and they still wouldn't change it despite my many requests.
We had a good stay otherwise, but outside food isn't allowed. I'd suggest reconsidering that rule. The hotel should also offer more kinds of cuisine at reasonable prices.
The location is good, and the staff were friendly and easy to reach. I just wish the room had been a bit cleaner.
