This PG is bad about returning the security deposit. They don't send it back, saying there's a one-month vacancy period. They come up with this procedure themselves and don't disclose it when a customer first comes to rent a room. It's very bad.

I felt it was neat and clean, and the food quality was better than at other PGs. All the staff behaved well.

Staying at The grand royal Pg, kasan was a good experience. It was affordable, and the management family were well mannered and made it feel homely.
