ZEN Studios - DLF CyberCity Gurgaon

I liked the calm feel of the lounge and seating area, and the staff were polite, responsive, and supportive throughout. At ZEN Studios, the clean, well-kept rooms suited both a short visit and a work trip. DLF Cyber City is very close and walkable, so getting around was convenient. A comfortable stay with good hospitality and connectivity, whether visiting Gurgaon for work or leisure.

The location in Cyber City is really convenient, close to offices, restaurants, and cafes. My stay at Zen Studio went smoothly from check-in through checkout, with prompt housekeeping and professional service. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the calm, modern atmosphere worked for both business and leisure. The front desk team were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I felt valued as a guest and would definitely come back.

The room design is nice, especially the balcony room, which feels relaxing. The lifts are good, and the entrance could use a little work. Cleanliness was only average: they get the main areas, but often miss details like the side table and telephone. They should have an amenities manager checking that rooms have the basics. Food was below average too. All in all, an average stay.

The room was well maintained, and the stay itself was good, but the food was pathetic. Both breakfast and dinner need work. There were very few breakfast choices, and they seemed to assume everyone eats eggs, offering plain paratha with egg bhurji as the only option. The cook also didn’t seem to know South Indian food, and the idlis were rock hard. It’s a good place to stay, but the food is a problem.
