The Deluxe Room seems suitable for only two people, and the room service was often unreachable. The service we did get was disappointing. Our room and bathroom were decent, but very small. The TV was there, but there was no active service because the subscription hadn't been renewed. Even at 16 degrees, the AC took more than half a day to cool the small room. The room key also didn't work properly, so I had to call reception each time. The hotel restaurant is very expensive, so check prices before ordering. They didn't have tissues or mineral water bottles either. I'd explore nearby restaurants and check other hotels before booking, since this wasn't good value for money.

The location is a real plus, within walking distance of Guruvayoor temple, and the property has a pleasant name and ambience. The rooms were generally clean and neat. But the Deluxe rooms are tiny, and the double bed barely fits two people comfortably. The toilets smelled bad, which is a serious concern. The room telephone didn't work, so we had to go to reception whenever we needed something. Parking was a hassle for big cars because of limited space or access. For the price, the small room, uncomfortable bed and smelly toilets make it hard to recommend, even with the good location and cleanliness. You can likely get more comfortable rooms and working amenities at other hotels for the same price.

When we went to lunch around 2:50 PM, we weren't expecting a full spread, but there was nothing available. Later, there were no snacks to choose from, and at night the restaurant had just one dish. Staff presence was very limited. The lobby felt gloomy and uninviting, with the chandeliers and other main features switched off. Although the hotel has a nice layout, the rooms were too small for the price. No toiletries were provided, there were visible stains on the walls and the shower curtain was ripped. I don't think it qualifies as a four star property or offers good value for our money.

We spent four days here and had a really joyful, peaceful stay. The rooms were tidy and fresh, and the staff and front office gave nice support. The spacious, neat restaurant kept up its standards, with good service and tasty food served hot and on time. The surroundings had a different ambience.
